"Works fine most of the time"
I was feeling mentally drained and just wanted to get it done quickly, so I was glad the booking part was fast and easy. The app works well most of the time, but my login did act weird once, which was a little annoying

"Booking was easy overall"
I booked a room on wyndhamhotels.com, and for the most part it was straightforward. I was able to find the hotel and dates I needed without too much clicking around, and the site was simple enough to use.
The prices and room options were clear, which I appreciated, and checkout itself went quickly. I did get the confirmation email right away, but after I paid I still had that little feeling of not fully trusting everything was set until I saw the email come through.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the page loaded slowly a couple of times, and that made me a bit uneasy during the booking process. Nothing major went wrong, but it was just enough to make me double-check everything after payment

I wasn’t expecting much, but the room was actually really quiet. Barely heard anyone in the hallway and the traffic outside wasn’t an issue at all. I slept well both nights, which was great because I was kind of bracing for a rough stay. Nothing life-changing or anything, but that’s exactly what I needed.

"Booking worked, but it felt a bit clunky"
I was able to get my booking done, so thats good, but the site felt kinda clunky to use. It also loaded slow sometimes, which made the whole thing a little frustrating.

I’ve stayed here a few times now, and it always has that familiar, comfortable feel. i’m pleasantly surprised each time by how consistently good the stay is.

"First impression wasn’t great"
I only stayed for one night, and the room itself was fine. But my first impression at check-in kind of set the tone for the whole stay. The staff didn’t come across very warm, and when I asked a simple question, it felt like I was bothering them. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, but I do expect a little basic friendliness when staying at a hotel. I probably wouldn’t choose this place again anytime soon.

Breakfast was fine, I guess, but basic. They made it sound like there would be more to it, with all those vague promises about a “great start to the day,” but it ended up being nothing special...

"Refund came through, just slower than expected"
I did get my refund in the end, so it worked out, but it took longer than I was hoping. I had to follow up with support twice, which was a little annoying, especially since I kept checking my bank app and the refund status like every morning. Nothing terrible happened and the support team did respond, but the whole thing just moved a bit slowly.

"Parking was more hassle than expected"
Parking was just okay, honestly. There weren’t nearly enough spots, and it kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving, first I thought there’d be plenty of parking nearby, then I had to keep circling and settling for whatever I could find. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying.

"Pretty smooth stay, hoping Wyndham makes it worth it"
I booked through wyndhamhotels.com and it was nice to see all the amenities clearly listed before I paid. Free breakfast, parking, WiFi, and the pool were all shown up front, and the hotel actually had everything when we got there. No guessing, no extra calls, no surprises, which made the trip a lot less stressful. I’d probably use it again, and since the experience matched what was promised, I’m hoping Wyndham offers some kind of points or compensation for booking direct...

"Decent stay, but the cleaning could’ve been better"
I stayed here for one night and it was okay overall. The bed seemed clean and the bathroom was usable, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything. But I did notice dust on the desk and a bit of hair in the corner of the floor, which is the kind of thing you’d expect housekeeping to catch. It wasn’t bad enough for me to go complain at the front desk, but for the price, I think it’s fair to expect the room to be cleaner. I might stay again if I had to, but it wouldn’t be my first choice

"Convenient location, but it didn’t feel like a fair value"
I booked through wyndhamhotels.com mainly because the hotel was close to where I needed to be, and to be fair, the location really was the best part. It was easy to get around, and there were plenty of food options nearby, which made things convenient.
The actual stay just didn’t live up to what I felt was advertised. The room felt dated, check-in took longer than it should have, and the website made the place look nicer than it actually was. I don’t expect perfection, but I do think hotels should be upfront about what guests are paying for.
For the price, I expected a better experience. If all you care about is being near restaurants and places to go, it might do the job, but I left feeling like it wasn’t a very fair value. I probably wouldn’t rush to stay here again.

"Good value for the price overall"
I ended up booking through wyndhamhotels.com after comparing prices on a few different sites, and their rate was better than the others I was looking at, so that was a nice start. The room itself was clean and comfortable enough, nothing overly fancy or memorable, but it was about what I expected for the price. Check-in was simple and didn’t take long, which I always appreciate after traveling. It wasn’t a perfect stay by any means, but for what I paid, I felt like it was a good deal overall...

I tried to cancel online and just kept getting sent in circles from one page to another. When I called support, they weren’t much help either, and the emails I got back felt like they were written by robots instead of actual people. After all that, I still ended up getting charged. Super frustrating experience.

"Okay room, just not the comfiest"
I stayed for one night and, the room was fine overall. It was clean enough and quiet, so no big complaints there. The bed was okay, but it felt a little too firm for me, and the pillows were kind of flat. I slept alright, just not super comfortably. For a quick stay, it works, but I probably wouldn’t pick it if I wanted a really good night’s sleep.

"Decent rewards, though I’m not always sure what’s going on"
I’ve had a Wyndham Rewards account for a while, and while the points are nice when they actually show up, I’ll admit I’m sometimes left wondering if I did something wrong or if they’re just delayed. When it works, the free nights can be a good deal, especially for road trips.
The app and website feel a little clunky to me, and I don’t always understand why some things are easy one day and annoying the next. The status perks are also kind of confusing because some hotels mention them and others don’t, so I never really know what to expect. It’s fine overall, just not something I’m super excited about

"Check-in was honestly kind of a mess"
So, yeah, check-in was really frustrating. We waited what felt like forever, and the staff just seemed, I don’t know, kind of confused about what was going on. On top of that, they weren’t exactly friendly either, which made the whole thing feel even more annoying.

I have a high standard when it comes to customer service, especially when there’s a booking issue involved, but they handled it really well. They replied quickly, sorted everything out without making it complicated, and made the whole thing stress-free. I really appreciated the help

"Room was falling apart tbh"
Booked this through wyndhamhotels.com and the place was in rough shape. The sink was leaking, the door lock was broken, the hallway looked dirty, and the AC sounded like it was about to give up any second lol. I told the front desk, but they basically just said maintenance was busy. Not a great experience at all

I stayed for one night and the final charge was exactly what I booked, so that was a relief. I was kind of in a rush checking out, so I really appreciated not having any random extra fees pop up later. Overall it was smooth, I just wish the receipt had come through a little faster.
